あらすじ
このドラマは韓国の運命がかかっている
最大の金融スキャンダルの中で
国家的悲劇を食い止めるため
緊迫した死闘と信念対立を描いたドラマです
このドラマの主人公チェ・イホンは
韓国の金融委員会の金融政策局の課長という
設定です
では韓国の金融委員会とは何でしょうか
わからなかったので調べてみました
ウィキペディアでは健全な信用秩序と
公正な金融取引の慣行を確立し
預金者及び投資者などの金融需要者を
保護するために設立されたものとあります
何ともわかりずらいです（汗）
主な仕事として
１、金融政策および
金融制度に関する政策の策定
２，金融機関監督及び関連規定の制定及び改正
３，金融機関の設立、合併
営業譲受·卸等に係る許認可
４，証券·先物市場の管理·監督および監視
５，金融中心地の造成·発展関連政策の樹立
とありました
金融機関のことを取り扱っているようですが
金融機関とは銀行、保険会社、証券会社
消費者金融のことのようです
わかりやすくまとめたいのですが（汗）・・・
預金者及び投資者などの金融需要者を
保護するため公正な金融取引が行われることを
監視し保護していく機関のことです
日本の金融庁に相当すると書いてありました
わかりましたか？ 私は半分わかったようなっていう感じです（笑）

それは彼にとって誇りではなく恥だった
父ビョンハクは「市場主義経済学」を主張し
歴代政権ごとに縁を結んで
彼らが望む経済理論を作り
誠実に奉仕してきたという事実を知ったからだった
大学を卒業する年、財政経済部で
事務官生活を始めたが
財政経済部が企画財政部に改編された時
金融委員会に異動した
その時、ジョンイン銀行問題に
注目するようになった
市場の秩序によって判断するなら
すでに破産すべき銀行だった
しかし銀行が破綻すれば
津波のように押し寄せる手に負えない
経済的衝撃が起こる
結局、イホンが選択したのは売却だった
そして金融委員会に対する
国会政務委の国政監査が始まった
（政務委員会は政務に関する国会の
意思決定機能を実質的に遂行する
国会常任委員会です）
その過程で持ち上がった質問
「ジョンイン銀行を売るべきなのか?」
政府が望む答えは「ノー」
ところがイホンは自分が思った通り
「イエス」と述べた
イ・ヒェジュン(20代)役／シム・ウンギョンさん
企画財政部事務官
経済的な問題により自ら命を絶った
父の最期を見たヒェジュンは
早くから社会の不公平さを知った
その不公平を脱出するため
必死で勉強し企画財政部
国際金融局事務官になるという眩しい
奇跡を成し遂げた
しかし企画財政部の事務官生活は
もう一つの差別と不公平の始まりだった
地方大学出身だからバックがないから
女性だからと・・・
それでもヒェジュンは負けずに頑張った
そんなある日
ジョンイン銀行の問題が起こった
ホ・ジェ役（５０代）／イ・ソンミンさん
金融委員会の副委員長
一国の経済は政府の強力な統制の下で
調整され運営されるという確固たる信念を持つ
ホ・ジェは大韓民国の経済構造を骨格から
変えるべきだと考えた
「完全に底から新しく築き上げたかった
しかし、思うようにはいかなかった」
その時、自身の考えと異なる考えを持っていた
チェ・ビョンハク（イホンの父）は
なくすべき人物だという考えを
心の奥底に抱くようになった
しかしホ・ジェは彼に対する敵対心を
隠して静かに時を待った
そして、その時は意外なところから来た
チェ・イホン金融政策課長が国政監査の場で
爆弾発言をしたからだった
ついにホ・ジェが爪を出した時
韓国経済はひとたび旋風の中へ
入っていくことになる
