ゴンを守って銃に撃たれ、入院中のウンソプは
見舞いに来たナリにそっくりなスンアを見て
うれしくなり思わず抱き着いてしまった
しかし、自分が今はヨンであることを思い出し
何とかヨンの振りをして乗り切った
スンアはあまりにも普段のヨンと違うウンソプの
態度に戸惑った
その頃、ヨンはナリのカフェで大韓帝国から来た
ソリョンを見て驚愕した
ソリョンに見つからないように
ウンソプになりすますヨン
その後、ソリョンを追跡した
その頃、提調尙宮オクナムは宮人で
シンジェの母と同じ顔のパク・スクジンが
逆賊イ・リムと通じているようだと察した
オクナムはスクジンの頬を叩き、問い詰めた
すると毒を飲んでいたスクジンはその場で血を吐き
倒れてしまった
ソリョンを追いかけて行ったヨンは
ソリョンに大韓帝国の総理ク・ソリョンであることを
確認しようとした
ソリョンは否定したが、その時何者かが
ヨンを銃で撃ち、ヨンはその場に倒れた
それを見てソリョンはすぐにその場を離れ
そこにシンジェが来てヨンを助けた
ヨンは防弾チョッキを着ていたので
怪我はなかった
シンジェはその後、ヨンからゴンの父である
先王がイ・リムに殺されたため
あの時、泣いていたのだという事を話した
シンジェは幼い頃、ゴンが泣いている姿を
大韓帝国のテレビで見ていたのだった
その頃、ゴンはテウルを助け出し
強く抱きしめた
テウルは何度もゴンに
「会いたかった 会いたかった」と言い
そのまま倒れた
そんなテウルをゴンは抱き上げ
宮に連れて行った
そしてテウルは治療を受け
ゴンはテウルに優しくキスをした
その頃、大韓民国に行ったルナは
テウルの電話を見ていた
シンジェはテウルが休暇を取ったことを知り
驚いた
その後、テウルは入院している
ウンソプに会いに言った
二人は本当に再会できたことがうれしく
抱き合って喜んだ
その夜、テウルは雷が鳴ると同時に
ゴンの肩に激しい激痛と共に傷が表れるのを
初めて見て驚いた
その頃、シンジェはイ・リムと初めてすれ違い
誰なのかはわからなかったが、
妙な感じを受けた
その頃、大韓帝国に帰って来たソリョンは
ゴンに婚約者がいることを聞き
驚いて、宮に行った
ゴンはそれを認めた
するとその時、雷が鳴ると同時に
ソリョンもゴンのように激しい激痛を感じた
その頃、テウルはオクナムから故郷から
離れて長く経ったが
あの戦争はどうなったのかと聞かれた
「1950年の6月に起こった
戦争のことですが
（朝鮮戦争、韓国では6.25戦争）」と言った
それを聞いたテウルはオクナムもまた
大韓民国から来た人だということを知り、驚いた
